How do you find out if the stamp sets you have been eyeing are on sale? Crack open your 2021-2022 annual catalog to your new favorite stamp sets. Directly under the bolded stamp set name, it will list either “cling stamps” or “photopolymer stamps.” The cling stamps are the sets that are on sale, excluding the host only sets.
