My card uses the double ribbon technique combining ribbon and patterned paper to make layered tails. Great use of a scrap strip of Fresh as a Daisy DSP behind the Pebbled Path Textured Ribbon.

and the full card…the Misty Moonlight card base was processed using the Timeworn embossing folder to add a little texture. Let’s Go Fishing DSP is under the tag. The tag is made using the Handmade Tag punch.

Paper Crafting Blog Sept to Dec Catalog Showcase

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! demonstrators from all over the globe. We have a wide array of projects featuring the September to December 2023 catalog to share with you. You may have arrived from Terri Stewart’s blog. Crumb Cake, Crushed Curry and Mossy Meadown ink pads made stamping tri colored leaves fun with minimal work. The Autumn Leaves dies were cut on assorted paper scraps from Earthen Elegance DSP, Pecan Pie cardstock, Rose Gold Specialty Foil cardstock and the new Oxidized Copper Specialty paper.

Finish with Pecan Pie Bordered Ribbon cinched with a snip of Linen Thread for a faux bow along with the Timeworn Embossed cardstock on the Early Espresso card base.

World Card Making Day Online Retreat!

World Card Making Day Online Retreat planning is underway with 18 fabulous projects to share with you! We have 9 demonstrators from across the globe presenting 2 projects each. Join us live during the Zoom calls on Friday night and Saturday or follow along with the provided Youtube assembly videos if you miss the Zoom Calls.

The PDF Idea Files will be emailed to you about 2 weeks prior to the event when the early bird registration date of September 22nd closes. Plenty of time to assemble and cut your supplies so you can craft along with us. Purchase tickets through the PayPal links below. The bus stamp fits perfectly for a 50th Anniversary card! I had yet to ink it up even though the He’s All That stamp set has been on my shelf since the set was introduced. It is appropriate for the occasion.

close up….used the Best Label punch and coordinating Alphabest stamp set to create “50th.” Biggest Wish stamp set contains the “happy” stamp. Background paper is from the Free as a Daisy package. Added a Basic White mat and this card was complete!
