I am so excited that today the new annual catalog goes live! If you have placed a product order from me lately, you should have received your very own copy in your snail mail box. Got a lot of pages marked for ideas and for your shopping list? Stampin’ Up! rolled out 2 promotions today to help you with your marked pages.

Would you like to gather a few stamping friends and ask them to place orders using your host code? A host code will gather their orders to your online party. You will get to the qualifying amount sooner if your friends help:) Contact me to set up a host code for you. OR you can place a $250 order yourself and take care of your shopping list in June so you have the rest of the summer to play with your products.

Freebie Friday Bring a friend for free products!

I am trying something new for the March Card Buffet and Scrapbooking events. My new idea is a Freebie Friday offering where you earn free products when you bring a friend with you that I have not met before. Easy Peasy!

Free items include but are not limited to the small blossom punch, ribbon shares, paper shares, designer series paper, Kerchief Card kit and annual catalog embossing folders.

You earn a free item when you bring a friend that is new to stamping with me to the Wednesday, March 18th, 9-11am or Sunday, March 22nd 2-4pm paper crafting events. Bring 2 or more friends and earn even more! If you are new to stamping with me, you get an item too!

The March paper crafting event is a Card Buffet where you create 10 cards with envelopes for $20 (bring your own adhesives or I’ll provide for $5). Or create 3 scrapbook layouts for $25 (bring your own adhesives or I’ll provide for $10).

I am looking ahead to my March Card Buffet and Scrapbooking events. Crossing my fingers the temps will warm up by then and keep the snow away. The snow has been an issue for the last few events I hosted.

ISO Senior Living Sponsors

Hello Super Awesome Stampers!

I visit senior living communities during the first and second weeks of the month. Residents gather in the activity room. I distribute greeting card making kits along with punched shapes and bows already attached to glue dots. We chat while assembling the cards. Sometimes we use the glitter glimmer sheets which is always a hit!

Sessions are more like art therapy. I talk about the fun color names and punches used. The gorgeous ribbons provide visual and touch sensory experiences. I travel with assorted greetings and an ink pad so we can customize all occasion cards to the sentiment the resident wishes. The butterflies shown in the photo above will be featured in the May sessions. Bunnies are on the April designs.

I visit all care levels: independent, assisted and memory care communities. If I am able to speak to an activity director on the phone and secure a session commitment, I am usually booked for return sessions. Not everyone that is interested in a session is able to book one due to limited budget. Would you like to sponsor a session at a community in your area or where a family member or friend lives? Just let me know where you would like me to visit. I’ll call the activity director to offer a sponsored session. Sponsorship is easy with one simple cash or check donation from you.

I visit communities in the Durand, Eau Claire and Menomonie areas during the first week of the month. I’ll be criss crossing the Madison area and surrounding burbs during the second week of the month. I travel within an hour’s time from these areas and also visit communities along the interstate heading north of Madison on my trip up to Durand.

The residents really appreciate me visiting and I enjoy visiting the residents. The senior living sessions have been a part of my business for over 5 years. So I am experienced with leading the sessions and working with resident abilities or limitations.
