Thank you for hopping around with us as we showcase greeting cards using our fabulous punches! You may have arrived from June Olsen’s blog and her fabulous project. My project is below.

I used the new Medium Daisy and Timeless Label punches to create the upper left corner focal point. Flirty Flamingo is a great summer color used for the cardstock and ink. The color combines well with crushed curry seam binding and our new Perennial Essence Floral Centers. The blue striped designer series paper is part of the Come Sail Away package.

Scrapbook with Me!

blogscrapbook-001

So what to do with all the new pretty papers, rolls of ribbons and ever so lovely embellishments? You could create some greeting cards to share with friends but then you would not have them to enjoy in years to come.

How about joining me to scrapbook our favorites? On future rainy days, we can pull out the books, enjoy the stories behind the photos and remember times of past. I’ll do the page prep work, you add your photos and stories.

Each month will feature a different designer series paper pack and coordinating cardstock and embellishments. You will create 3, 2 page 12×12 inch layouts.

To help you visualize what a layout is, this butterfly layout below is 1, 2 page 12×12 inch layout. You would create 3 of these layouts during class. Each layout would have a different theme.

I provide all the supplies to create the layout in kits according to the samples.

You provide your favorite adhesives. I recommend a tape runner, glue dots, tear n tape and dimensionals. I’ll have new packages of adhesives available if you forget yours or need to replenish your supply.

Cost is $25 which is due 2 weeks prior to Scrapbook Day. I am going to try something different and host Scrapbook Day on the third Wednesday of the month with drop in times available from 9:30am to 7pm. I hope the mid-week time will work for you. If you prefer a different time, just ask! I might be able to accommodate your request.

July 17th is the next Scrapbook Day. I am also available on Monday, Thursday or Friday, July 15th, 18th and 19th by request.

Scrapbook Days through the end of 2019 are August 21st, September 18th, October 16th, November 20th, December 18th. Commit to all 6 days and receive a thank you gift at the December 18th Scrapbook Day.

To RSVP or ask questions, click the Contact button above. Hope to scrapbook with you soon!

Ribbon and Paper Shares!

I actually skip the stamps and head straight to the ribbons and patterned papers when I get a hot copy of the new catalog in my hands.

The new 2019-2020 annual catalog was no exception. I love using our ribbons and designer series papers because they are flat and can be easily mailed. A little snip of ribbon or strip of paper patterns can quickly make your card zoom to wow in seconds.

You need to have these pretty awesome products on your stamp table! I can help:) Purchase a new ribbon share and this pretty display can sit on your stamp table for ease of use. A share includes 16 yards of new ribbon, 1 yard each of the new styles for $20.

To complement the ribbons, I can also help with a designer series paper share:) Each dsp share includes 6×12 inch pieces of every new patterned paper package plus the new peacock foils and colored vellums. The larger pieces allow for additional creativity.

A share includes all the patterns you see here. Plus, the upper four rows are double sided. So if you don’t like one side, you will love the other! A share is $50. Split a share with a stamping friend! Just ask that I cut the share into 6×6 inch pieces.

Shares can be picked up at my house or I can deliver in the Durand area. Payment is due upon reserving your shares. Click the Contact button above to reserve your shares!

Thanks for enjoying paper crafting with me!

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! We are fans of this monthly crafting kit. Follow the directions provided in the kit to make the projects as designed, or use the supplies as a starting point to let your creativity run wild.

On this hop we will be sharing lots of ideas on how to use the May Paper Pumpkin kit, Hugs from Shelli, in alternate projects. You may have arrived from Lisa Kmiec’s blog. She had a great project!

I decided to use the stamps included in the kit to create an ombre look.

There are only a few feather die cuts included in the kit. So use the feather stamp and a blender pen to create custom, colored feathers.
