Welcome to our Ink and Share Blog Hop featuring summer themed projects made with Stampin’ Up! products designed by fellow Stampin’ Up! Independent Demonstrators. If you are hopping around, you have arrived from Cindy’s blog and her fabulous project. My hop design is below.

I created this greeting card on the Summer Solstice while it was raining outside. Sunny days are surely ahead, at least in someone’s mailbox anyway!

I used the largest Stitched Shapes oval framelit to cap the top of the focal point to mimic the banner shape in the stamp. I used about a third along the longest side of the framelit to create the cap.

Stampin’ n write markers were used to color the images. Whisper white thick cardstock was run through the Big Shot using the ruffled embossing folder to create a little interest. Mats in flirty flamingo and daffodil delight cardstock complete a pink lemonade look.

All the supplies used…The birds were singing by the time I finished writing this post so maybe the rain will give away to a sunny day!

Here is a list of the participating demonstrators in case you hop off the trail.

Happy Birthday Aunt Dollie!

My Mom’s sister celebrated 80 years of good living with a surprise party at her favorite neice’s house. Aunt Dollie likes to color images for focal points on her greeting cards. Since I have stacks of stamp sets, I decided to stamp 80 images that she can color to her hearts content.

There are 2 of each image stamped with Memento ink pad, a mix of retired and current images. If she does not like the color combination she picked for the first image, she can change up the colors for the second image.

I used a card exchange card and color coordinated with a Paper Pumpkin box to gift the images in. A simple and complete package that was quick to assemble.

Paper Pumpkin Alternate Project for You Are My Anchor

I’ll be a hop stop tomorrow for an alternate Paper Pumpkin Blog Hop featuring the April kit, You Are My Anchor. Today, I am sharing a project I designed in a few minutes with the help of this kit. The gift note makes a perfect gift bag tie on with enough space inside to write a personal message.

The gusseted cello bag is a roomy 6×17 inch bag that can contain a nice array of goodies. I designed this bag with the intent that this could be a bon voyage bag for a trip across the state, country or day outing too. The glare from the cello makes this photo out of focus but wanted to share the ruler scale for perspective.

Coffee Break Suite

I like coffee flavored foods but don’t drink coffee. It’s either water or kombucha for me and occasionally hot tea. I collect all of Stampin’ Up! coffee and tea stamps so the Coffee Cafe stamp set quickly made it’s trip from Utah to my stamp shelf.

I had a design session for a blog hop that will be posted tomorrow so decided to post the samples that did not make the cut for the hop the day before and after the hop. You will enjoy three designs over three days using Coffee Break for my efforts. The party favor posted tomorrow will also be the favor at this week’s Card Buffet. I hope you reserved a seat!

Today’s greeting card design had me fussy cutting coffee mugs and pots from the Coffee Break designer series paper. It was quick work with my super sharp Stampin’ Up! paper snips. I wanted to add depth that the fussy cutting would allow instead of using a straight edged cut piece.

Vellum creates the cup bubble topper which was cut using the Big Shot and the Coffee Cups framelits. I loaded the Big Shot platform to cut 5 pieces at once, the cup bubble topper, the straw, the cup that holds the sentiment, the trio of beans on the inside of the card and also the wee heart stirrer attached to the bottom left cup.

All of the straight edge papers are cut to an easy 4 inches making this a no scrap dsp generated design.

The Coffee Break designer series paper is being retired so order it quick here at my online store!

Here are home office concept artist designs using this suite. Now do you want to order it all? haha!

Catching up on swaps 4

I attended an all demonstrator meeting in January and have shared a few of the samples. I’ll try to post the rest of the swaps in the next week. I’ll add credit if I know the demo that stamped it. If you see a swap that is yours, add a comment!
