bloghopbannerapril2018-001

Welcome to our Paper Crafting Blog Hop featuring talented Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from all over the globe including the USA, United Kingdom and Australia. We have a wide array of fun projects and design styles to share with you showcasing products from the brand new January to June 2021 catalog. You may have arrived from Sandy’s blog. She had a fabulous project!

The Mini Paper Pumpkin boxes are fun to decorate! Here is my version with ‘shroom tie ons and a removable belly band. A custom made 3×3 inch gift note completes the set once something fun is tucked inside the box.

Watch my Youtube video showing assembly tips.

Thanks for hopping with us each month. Now click on the next image to zoom to Tracy’s blog and see what fun project she designed.

A Twisted Design

When I want to create something a little different, I review Kelly Gettelfinger’s Youtube video sharing her original design for a twisted card. Then I get out my score board and start scoring!

Here is my updated version using Sale-A-Bration designer series paper.

ICS Blog Hop Tutti Frutti Cards & Envelopes

Welcome to the Inspire, Create, Share Blog Hop featuring Stampin’ Up!’s Sale-A-Bration 2018 products. We have great projects to share with you at all our hop stops! If you are hopping around, you have just arrived from Audra Monk’s fabulous blog. My hop entry is below.

I decided to start with the Tutti Frutti Cards and Envelopes because they are stamp ready with backgrounds already printed on them. The Icing on the Cake stamp set provides quick cake decorating images. The florals are 2 step stamps that provide instant depth.

The pearl basic jewels remind me of the pearl candies sometimes added to edible cake decorations.3 7 2018 bloghop1-001

Insert a full card into our acetate card boxes to decorate the box and deliver your personal happy birthday greetings. The Love Mini Tinsel Trim adds a nice touch to the card and around the box.3 7 2018 bloghop3-001

Check back tomorrow for designs tips and supplies used.

You Soar High Above the Rest Rob!

IMG_7142

My nephew Rob finished another few years of college beyond his first degree at the Carroll College graduation ceremony yesterday. He is now a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Insert clapping here! Good thing because I just learned on Friday that my toes may need physical therapy. My toes?!? Yes, you read that right and that was my reaction too. Rob called it pre-hab. Oh the joys of the Merker toes!

This was Rob in line to get his diploma and sash conferred.

His shirt was watermelon wonder colored so he was on trend! There may have even been some peek-a-boo peach, dapper denium and smoky slate in his bow tie. His sash was a hue of sage shadow so mom Tricia (my sister) will treasure that sash forever!

Good Luck to all the graduates as they start their next phase on life’s journey!
