Coffee Break Suite

I like coffee flavored foods but don’t drink coffee. It’s either water or kombucha for me and occasionally hot tea. I collect all of Stampin’ Up! coffee and tea stamps so the Coffee Cafe stamp set quickly made it’s trip from Utah to my stamp shelf.

I had a design session for a blog hop that will be posted tomorrow so decided to post the samples that did not make the cut for the hop the day before and after the hop. You will enjoy three designs over three days using Coffee Break for my efforts. The party favor posted tomorrow will also be the favor at this week’s Card Buffet. I hope you reserved a seat!

Today’s greeting card design had me fussy cutting coffee mugs and pots from the Coffee Break designer series paper. It was quick work with my super sharp Stampin’ Up! paper snips. I wanted to add depth that the fussy cutting would allow instead of using a straight edged cut piece.

Vellum creates the cup bubble topper which was cut using the Big Shot and the Coffee Cups framelits. I loaded the Big Shot platform to cut 5 pieces at once, the cup bubble topper, the straw, the cup that holds the sentiment, the trio of beans on the inside of the card and also the wee heart stirrer attached to the bottom left cup.

All of the straight edge papers are cut to an easy 4 inches making this a no scrap dsp generated design.

Think Spring! I am happy to share the March Card Buffet designs with you since I am breaking up with winter designs and saying hello to spring designs!

Card Buffet is by RSVP only so there is a seat saved for you.

Please preorder designs using the names above the photo. Please note that the event is 2 hours so if you order all the designs, you will have time to stamp them all during the session but may not have time to assemble them based on how fast you apply adhesives:)

Coffee card design will be a surprise. If you like coffee, you will want at least one!

Card Buffet details:

Please bring a friend, two or three! Bringing a friend that has not stamped with me before earns you both an extra card kit.

Create 10 greeting cards with envelopes/chocolate boxes from the options pictured above. You pick which ones to create and how many of each design. Quantities may be limited so submit your preorder early for best selection.

Sessions are Friday, March 16th, 9-11am or 1-3pm and Saturday, March 16th, 10am-noon. Let me know if an evening or alternate time works better for your group.

RSVP by March 14th, 7pm.

Coffee Cafe CASEing the Blog Hop Design 10

I helped coordinate a Sale-A-Bration 2018 Blog Hop that has 15 stops. If you missed it, click here to hop along.

My design below was CASED from fellow demonstrator Sue Kremer and her Sale-A-Bration Blog Hop entry using Epic Celebrations in real red. You can see her design by clicking here.

I just used paper and ink so that the Coffee Break designer series paper (dsp) could be enjoyed along with the stamping. The coffee pot print and the blue and white lined print on the card are both from the Coffee Break dsp. The coffee stained photo shoot background is also part of the Coffee Break dsp pack.

Supplies used, really this is it! Oh, and my paper trimmer and scoring tool.
