Facebook Event Today at 2pm central

I’ll be clearing off my desk space so I can assemble these kits with you today at 2pm central through the One of a Kind Facebook group. They all feature angle cut cardstock so I called them my Angle Card Kits in the Mail. The Harvest Hellos stamp set and Apple Builder punch was used to finish the cards to create 4 different looks.

I still have kits ready for Monday shipping if you are interested in ordering a box. Each box includes 4 each of the 3 apple/pumpkin designs. That means you can share 3 cards of each design and keep 1 of each design in your idea file.

In addition, 1 Halloween kit and tutorial for this design is included too. I just could not resist including the Halloween design even though you might be receiving the box after Halloween! So that’s a total of 13 kits in the box.

PLEASE NOTE: I can swap out the Halloween design for the caramel apple finished card shown below. Please let me know if you would like the swap when you order your kit.

Order your box my clicking the Contact button at the top of my blog or PM me in Facebook and ask for the Angle Card Kits. I’ll send a PayPal invoice to your email address for $30. Shipping is USPS priority rate so the box should arrive to you within a few days of ordering. Porch Pick Ups from the Sun Prairie, Wisconsin area are available too.

PLEASE NOTE: To finish the cards according to the samples, purchase the following items from my online store by clicking on the words for the particular product. If you have a similar stamp set/punch in your stash already, those should work if they are about the same size as the Stampin’ Up! versions. I am including 1 punched pumpkin in your kit so you can trace around that on the included cardstock and cut out the shapes in case you don’t want to purchase the Apple Builder punch. You will need to use your markers to create the pumpkin veins and apple details if you don’t purchase the Harvest Hellos stamp set.

Here is what I used to finish the card kits:

Harvest Hellos stamp set, Apple Builder punch, Real Red ink pad, Real Red reinker, Granny Apple Green ink pad and Pumpkin Pie ink pad.

Assorted adhesives for piece assembly and scissors to cut the ribbons are needed too. Stampin’ Up! does not allow demonstrators to include stamped images in kits. So that is why you need to provide the stamp set, punch and ink pads. I’ll provide the papers for the stamped and punched images. I just can’t do that work for you. Last, your ribbons and patterned papers may arrive in assorted patterns and colors that are different from the sample photos. Thank you for understanding.

Here are links to my Youtube videos for the kit assembly in case you need to see how the angle cuts are created and piece measurements.

How about joining me and a few other demonstrators for a virtual Black Friday event? Details for this event can be found by clicking here. Getting a ticket to the event is as easy as placing a $35 or more order (excluding shipping and tax) by clicking on this link to order from my online store which is linked to host code G4SRFDHN.

Paper Crafting Blog Hop Thinking of You

bloghopbannerapril2018-001

I hope you are enjoying our Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators Blog Hop featuring Happy Birthday designs. Fellow demonstrators from all over the globe are participating so we have a wide array of fun projects to share with you! You may have arrived from Sue McDonald’s blog across the pond in the United Kingdom. She had a fabulous project!

I have a special treat for you, guest designer is my Mom today! She loves to make candy bars for special events. The kind where fancy dishes are set out and filled all kinds of candy delights with tiny scoopers. The How Sweet It Is suite of products was at the top of her shopping list.

The Melon Mambo pin on the left side of the tag is an actual safety pin! We think it can be used to slip a ribbon through and attach to the top of the tags found in the Sweet Pins and Tags package (item number 148571 on page 15 of the Spring catalog in case you missed those). Mom adhered the pin with a rolled up glue dot.

After cutting out the treat jars from the How Sweet It Is designer series paper (item number 148568), the negatives were sitting on the counter. Mom decided to attach them to the inside of the card using Tombo liquid glue and stamp inside the negatives.

After Mom was done designing, I asked how her experience was. She said, omg, too much pressure! We were also in a time crunch since she was designing less than 24 hours until the blog hop go live time. She did a great though! Add a comment to let her know what you liked about her card. We will hop together and I’ll post her comments on the other blogs.

Thanks for hopping with us each month. Now click on the next image to zoom to Tracy Held’s blog in Australia and see what fun project she designed.
