Ink and Share Scrapbook Blog Hop Summer Themes

42799966_10156232782449902_4530802060437749760_n

Welcome to the Ink and Share Scrapbook Blog Hop. We are Independent Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators showcasing our fabulous products on scrapbook pages. Summer is the theme this month. Anything in the current annual catalog can be used to create our layouts. If you are on the hop trail, you may have arrived from Sue McDonald’s blog. She had a great layout!

I used the triple banner punch to make the banner points. It’s easy with the punch to make even tips! Lots of space for photos and journaling on these pages. I see ancestral black and white photos on this page. Will be having a session of memory keeping these photos with my aunt (the keeper of the photos) and my sister (the researcher of the details) in November. Will post later if both make it to the pages!

Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop The Gift of Fall

54006210_10219309231906317_8038300571733590016_o

Welcome to the Paper Pumpkin Possibilities Blog Hop! We are fans of this monthly crafting kit. Follow the directions provided in the kit to make the projects as designed, or use the supplies as a starting point to let your creativity run wild.

On this hop we will be sharing lots of ideas on how to use the August Paper Pumpkin kit, The Gift of Fall, in alternate projects. You may have arrived from Debbi Green’s blog. She had a great project!

I decided to use a Bird Ballad laser cut card for the base. Added a 4×5.5 inch piece of the Come to Gather designer series paper behind the laser cut top so the intricate designs are spotlighted.

Glue dots are hidden behind the gold sequins and are used to attach the designer series paper to the laser cut front. All supplies came from the Paper Pumpkin kit except for the laser cut card and designer series paper.

I assembled the bags replicating the included, in-color, sample design. The bags are roomy and sturdy. An afternoon tea could be packed inside and gifted to family or friends.

in case you want to see the Stampin’ Up! fast motion video using the original kit contents…

Thank you for joining us as we share the possibilities of Paper Pumpkin. Now hop over to  Charmane Hopkins’ blog to see what she designed.

cardbuffetbanner718-001

Three weeks from now you could be making your way to the September Card Buffet. Session times are Monday, September 16th, 6:30-8:30pm and Tuesday, September, 10:00am-noon. Monday’s session is at my friend Carol’s apartment complex about a mile from my house in their community room with lots of space to spread out! I’ll relay address details when you RSVP for the Monday night session. Tuesday’s session is at my house

Card Buffet stampers create 10 hand stamped greeting cards with all supplies cut according to the samples provided and tucked into the envelopes. You pick which designs to create and how many of each design from a buffet of options. Cost is $20 to enjoy all this fun!

Let me do the prep work for you by adding additional kits for $1 per kit. Sweet!

Adhesives are $5 extra or bring your own. I’ll have new packages of glue dots, dimensionals, liquid glue, tear n tape and SNAIL for sale as well.

You are welcome to bring friends! A new friend that has not stamped with me before earns you an extra card kit. If you are a member of my Super Awesome Stampers team, you get an extra kit too.

Place an order during the event or online using the host code on the right side of my blog and receive an extra kit.

Please invite your friends! I reserve the right to cancel the session if less than 3 stampers RSVP.

Please RSVP by Friday, September 13th so I have enough time to prepare kits for you.
